Lauren’s philosophy is that the role of a family lawyer is to help clients reach solutions that serve their family’s well-being well into the future, rather than just seeking quick fixes.

While Lauren aims to resolve disputes outside of Court whenever possible, she is a confident and skilled litigator when courtroom intervention becomes necessary. She is comfortable navigating complex arbitrations and has a proven track record of advocating effectively for her clients in high-stakes situations.

Originally from Calgary, Lauren earned both her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and her Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary. Outside of work, she is actively involved in the Calgary Ultimate Association as a volunteer board member. In her free time, Lauren enjoys hiking, running, snowboarding, playing ultimate frisbee, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
